Debunked
Remember that fun game we used to play, “two truths and a lie?” Well, we are making it easy for you and telling you only the evidence-based truth. And we promise it’ll still be fun.
Myth: Bumping high or bumping low determines the gender of the baby.
Debunked: During your first pregnancy the uterus and abdominal muscles are stretched to make room for the growing baby. The uterus grows out of the pelvis and into your abdominal muscles to make room for all the magical growth happening in there. So, if you are carrying high, in most cases, that means your abdominal muscles were stronger to begin with before pregnancy.
No gender secrets here but it’s still fun to guess!
