MYTH: Consuming fish is not safe during your pregnancy.

Debunked: Not quite.

Fish and other foods that are rich in protein, offer nutrients that can help with your baby’s development. This myth originated from concern surrounding the mercury content in pregnant peoples’ diets, as it is key to limit mercury consumption while pregnant and breastfeeding.
